Refund policy
Generally all items are sold through this website are sold as final sales such that returns are not accepted. If you purchased an item through an affiliate link, please see the 'Affiliate Links' section for more information.
If you would like to petition this, please do so within 14 days.
To be eligible for a petition, please have the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item on-hand for a video call.
To start a petition, you can contact us at info@storiesofwonder.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a private address until Stories of Wonder gets the brick & mortar lease established.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is main reason to start a petition which could be approved and processed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Generally, items are not returnable at this point in time unless there is damage or incorrect items. Once the brick & mortar is up & running, we will re-evaluate this policy.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Stories of Wonder does not ship outside of the US.
Affiliate Links
Our store sells some products through partners in order to widen the product selection for customers. This includes bookshop.org, libro.fm, and weightlessbooks. Please consult with the associated product supplier for returns.
